All products are made to order through our production partner, Gelato. Because of this, each item is produced after you place your order.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and produced within 1–4 business days.

Shipping Time

After production, the estimated shipping times are:

• Sweden: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
