Returns & Refunds Policy



Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made to order through our production partner, Gelato. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or for a change of mind.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hjortskoglarssonlukas@gmail.com. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.


Refund Process

Once we confirm the issue, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items. We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design preferences.
